MedSpa marketing case studies, with the empty spaces left visible.
VitalSignal is new. It has original MedSpa field research and a documented operating system. It does not yet have a completed paid-client case study, so this page does not pretend that it does.
No paid-client case study is complete. No client result is claimed.
Evidence available now.
24 selected MedSpas across 12 US metros
The dated cohort examined a narrow question: can strong public review signals coexist with local result positions outside the top three? All 24 selected examples appeared at positions 5 to 10. Median displayed rating was 5.0 and median review count was 169.
The cohort was deliberately selected to study a gap. It is not a random sample, prevalence estimate, causal study, or client engagement.
Method, metro ranges, and limitationsNo result will be published early
A new payment is not a case study. Neither is a screenshot, a ranking fluctuation, or a good week. Paid-client studies will appear only after the stated scope has had a defined measurement window and the client has reviewed the factual record.
Every published result must carry the denominator.
Baseline and intervention
- Baseline date, market, services, and starting visibility
- Exact monthly scope and what actually shipped
- Elapsed time and channel spend
- Material site, tracking, offer, or staffing changes
Outcomes and limits
- Traffic and local visibility with source and date
- Inquiries, booked consults, attendance, and paid clients where tracking allows
- What could not be measured or attributed
- No treatment or patient-health outcome data
What the ledger will not do.
No composite client presented as real
Examples, demos, public cohorts, and paid-client results stay labeled as different evidence types.
No percentage headline without inputs
A result needs the timeframe, baseline, spend, scope, and relevant operating changes. Otherwise it is not decision-grade evidence.
One practice is not every practice
Market, offer, site history, reviews, staff follow-up, access, and competition differ. A case study documents what happened; it does not guarantee the next clinic's ranking or revenue.
